FREE delivery anywhere in the country (via DPD Curier) for orders over 1000 lei!
For orders less than 1000 lei, a transport cost of 25 lei is paid.

* No extra km fee applies. Delivery is free in any locality in Romania for orders exceeding 1000 lei and for those less than 1000 lei a single transport fee of 25 lei is charged.
* Delivery is free up to 100 kg. For orders over 100 kg, an additional shipping cost will be automatically calculated.

The delivery of the products is ensured within the available stocks.

For products that require pre-order or products not available in stock, their delivery is made after receiving them in stock. Delivery of packages to the address specified by the customer. responsible for the delivery time, the responsibility falling entirely to the express courier companies.

1. Telephone order

2. Order by e-mail

The e-mail must contain a telephone number to which we can contact you, the invoicing data and the delivery dates, the product and the desired quantity. An operator will contact you by phone and confirm the registration of your order.

3. Order online

For online orders, our store is open 24 hours a day, so we expect you to visit us at any time of the day or night. Your orders reach us regardless of the time they were shipped.

To access the desired category, use the navigation menu at the top.

The corresponding filters in each category will help you find the product according to the specifications or features you need. This way you can view only the products that meet your requirements. For a new search, you must undo the filters you originally entered.

To find the desired product you can also use the “Search for a product in stores” box, located at the top.
The actual realization of the order is done in 3 steps:

Step 1: Add Products to the Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is located on the top right. To add a product to your shopping cart, you must first select the product, then the model and quantity, then click the “Add to cart” button. Changes can be made to the selected products and quantities in the shopping cart.

Step 2: Fill in the billing and delivery data

If you are already a customer, fill in the “I am already a customer” form with your login details (your email and password). The latest billing and delivery dates will be displayed automatically. You can leave them like this or you can change them right on this page.

If you are ordering for the first time on the online store, fill in the form “I am a new customer” with: billing details, delivery address, contact details and select the payment method you want.

Step 3: Complete the order

Before placing your order, you must carefully read the list of terms and conditions, check that you agree and accept them. After verifying the correctness of the data in the Shopping Cart and Order Delivery Details, complete the order by clicking the “Submit Order” button.

Important !: All orders received after 13.30 will be processed the next working day and the delivery time will be taken into account from that moment.



The payment methods accepted by MegaPet are as follows:

Cash on delivery

The order will be paid to the courier upon delivery (cash on delivery) (RON).

Online payment by bank card – implemented through mobilPay.

Bank card payment is a simple and secure option for making online payments. There is no charge for bank card payments.

The online store uses the services of the platform for online transactions. Payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system that provides confidentiality, security and simplicity in the purchase of products and services over the Internet. Your card details go directly to the bank, and no one else has access to them.

Payment order.

After placing the order you will receive by e-mail a proforma invoice containing our bank details. Delivery will be made only after confirmation of payment (appearance in the banking system of payment).
